I haven’t received a confirmation
Check your spam folder and that the address is correct. After 60 seconds, use “Resend confirmation”. If signup says it is unavailable, no new subscription has been confirmed. If the preview is in email test mode, delivery is restricted to the approved test inbox.
My confirmation link has expired
Return to the waitlist and request a fresh email. Links expire 24 hours after the original request. Opening the new link shows a review screen; choose the confirmation button to finish.
I previously unsubscribed
Your preference stays in place. Use the preferences link in an earlier TraBy product email to review your subscription. Signing up again does not automatically reactivate it.
Where can I download the app?
The download layout is available for review. Public store destinations will be enabled after the apps are available. You can explore the website and its example trip in either language now.
