Your email and privacy
Here is how the TraBy website handles a waitlist request.
What you share
The form asks for your email address and your explicit permission to receive early-access invitations, launch news and occasional product updates. It also records the page language, signup location, consent wording version, request identifier and request/confirmation times.
Before and after confirmation
A new address remains pending until you open the email link and choose “Confirm my signup”. Pending addresses are excluded from the confirmed subscriber segment and product communication topic. Confirmation links expire after 24 hours. Opening a link alone does not subscribe you.
Email and hosting
Vercel hosts the website and handles requests. When email is enabled, Resend stores contact information and sends confirmation and subscription emails. The website has no separate subscriber database. Confirmation tokens contain no email address and are removed from the browser address bar after opening.
Your choices
Consent starts unchecked. You can unsubscribe through the preference or unsubscribe link in a TraBy product email. A later signup or an old confirmation link does not automatically reverse an opt-out.
This website
The waitlist uses Resend for confirmation and subscription management. Vercel may process basic hosting and access logs.
Appearance
The website initially follows your device appearance. The icon button in the footer switches between Light and Dark and saves that choice locally as traby-theme. It is not sent to the waitlist or analytics.
Optional analytics
Optional PostHog analytics are available and remain off until you explicitly allow them. After consent, we record page views and selected signup, confirmation and store-click actions with anonymous browser and device identifiers. Email addresses, form contents, full URLs and confirmation tokens are excluded. Session recordings and automatic click capture are off. You can change your choice here at any time. Your preference is stored locally in your browser.
