01About this website#
These terms cover the Traby website, editorial content and interactive product preview. They do not create a travel booking or replace any separate terms presented when the app or a paid service becomes available. Contact Traby at contact@traby.co.
The website demonstrates a trip from Munich to San Francisco. Names, confirmations, times, cards and analysis outcomes in the demonstration are illustrative. They are not tickets, reservations or advice for a real journey.
02Your bookings stay with the provider#
Changing an itinerary in the demonstration does not change a booking with an airline, accommodation provider, activity provider or transport service. Arrange and confirm actual changes directly with the relevant provider. Original confirmations and the provider’s current information remain the reference for travel.
An app icon identifies a service shown in the presentation. It does not by itself mean a partnership, endorsement, direct account connection or an available integration. The supported action and availability must be checked for the released product.
03Joining the waitlist#
The waitlist lets you request early-access, launch and occasional product updates. Joining is free and is not a purchase, guaranteed invitation or commitment to a particular feature set. No separate email-confirmation step is required. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Any displayed launch date is a planned date. Availability may depend on platform, region and store approval. If an app is released, check the relevant store listing for its availability and terms.
04Using the website fairly#
You may browse, quote and share links to the website for lawful purposes. Do not misuse forms, interfere with the website’s security, distribute malicious content or submit personal information you are not entitled to share. Do not use the demonstration as an operational travel tool.
Traby content and artwork remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party names, app icons and marks belong to their respective owners. Nothing here removes rights available under copyright exceptions or other mandatory law.
05Information and responsibility#
We take care with website information but may correct, change or remove content. External websites are operated by their own providers. Check current travel and entry information with the relevant provider or public authority.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory consumer rights. Any other liability is determined by applicable law.
